I’m currently only seeing clients virtually via Telehealth across both states, Texas and Utah.

The first session consists of going over what brought you to therapy, your life story, and what goals you want to meet. We’ll create a personalized treatment plan to help you reach your therapeutic goals.

However often you'd like, although I typically recommend once a week or once every two weeks in the beginning of treatment for best results. As you continue to see improvements, we begin to meet less frequently.

Individual therapy sessions are $150 for a 50-minute session for clients using cash pay.
If you plan to use insurance, please contact your insurance provider before your first appointment to verify:
Your copay or coinsurance
Your deductible (if applicable)
Whether mental health services are covered
Whether I am in-network with your specific plan
Payment for cash-pay sessions can be made using all major credit cards, including HSA (Health Savings Account) cards. I also accept bishop/clergy payments.
