If you’re currently experiencing feelings of sadness, hopelessness, anxiety, trauma symptoms, stress, or are facing difficult life events, then therapy might be the right fit for you.

I’m currently only seeing clients virtually via Telehealth across both states, Texas and Utah.

The first session consists of going over what brought you to therapy, your life story, and what goals you want to meet. We’ll create a personalized treatment plan to help you reach your therapeutic goals.

However often you'd like, although I typically recommend once a week or once every two weeks in the beginning of treatment for best results. As you continue to see improvements, we begin to meet less frequently.

Individual therapy sessions are $150 for 50 minutes. Payment can be made using all major credit cards, including HSA (Health Savings Account) cards. I also accept bishop/clergy payments.

I don’t accept insurance. All sessions are private pay. Many clients prefer this option because it offers more privacy, flexibility, and freedom from insurance restrictions.
